Designed to reward our most valued customers, FLX gives you access to special benefits and exclusive rewards. All you have to do is shop with us, either online or in-store, to become a member and start unlocking the perks.
Earn points every time you make a purchase with us. (You earn 4 points for every Rs 100 you spend shopping in our stores or online.) Here’s how:

Shop at a store
When you’re ready to check out, show a store team member your FLX Rewards history on our website or provide your email address or mobile number.

Shop online
Log in using your registered mobile number, and your points will be added to your wallet once your purchase is complete.

Visit the FLX Dashboard to check your available points balance.

Use your points to unlock rewards, which will be applied as discounts directly to your cart.

You can also present your rewards to our store team to redeem points during an in-store purchase.
Please note that you must have a minimum balance of 50 points in your rewards wallet to be eligible for points redemption.
There is no upper cap on the number of points a member can earn in a calendar month.
You’ll get an email with your birthday gift coupon code. Your gift will be available for the entire month of your birthday.
For example, if your birthday is on June 15th, then your reward will be ready on June 1st. You would have until June 30th to claim it.

No, you may earn and redeem points solely for your own FLX Rewards account. There is a limit of one FLX Rewards membership per person, and points cannot be transferred.
Yes, your points will expire if they are not redeemed within 365 consecutive days from the date they were earned.
Your reward points will be credited to your account instantly for in-store purchases, and for online purchases, they’ll be added once the return window is over.
Every 100 reward points is equal to Rs 4. For example, if you have 2000 reward points, it will be equal to Rs 80.
Yes, points earned in-store can be redeemed online and vice versa.
